40 hours is required. Overtime is not necessary, however P4, CP5 and project completion may require overtime.

We prefer to take saturdays and sundays off. If a rain day occurs during the week, we will substitute Saturday only if necessary for maintaining equipment rental.

Painting varies from company to company, it's difficult to assess in an interview or even the first few day of working. Assume it will take 10 days to see a variety of tasks and challenges to reach your earning potential.
